People rely on other people’s recommendations, so show that there are people who trust your products/services through: positive reviews, testimonials, press mentions, videos from your customers.
2. Make your authority known in the field
If you are seen as an expert in your field, your prospects will be more confident to buy from you. To become an authority in the field you can offer valuable content, you can organize conferences with other experts in the field, you can show your portfolio and the good results you have had so far.
3. Use warranties and insurance
At the beginning everyone has high reluctance and your mission is to reduce it to the maximum. You can do this by offering free trials, limited collaborations (instead of signing a 1-2 year contract, start with a 1-3 month trial), or other methods of offering a guarantee to your customers (eg : if you don’t deliver on time, reduce the price)
