The skills

Reading time:

How important are skills to you?

You know… a significant part of the work I do involves a lot of research. That is, research in Romanian.

I am constantly researching the market. Market trends. The people. The entrepreneurs.

I document myself daily from “n” sources.

And I found the following: if you were exactly where you dream of being… I don’t know, on a beach… in the desert, in the Amazon forest… anywhere (as a location)… in the best context that you could imagine it: with family, with good investments, recurring income, prosperous business, etc., etc. and you’d suddenly lose everything, or you’d have to start all over again… without context, without the reputation you’ve built, without the money you’ve had, without the connections you’ve made … (you get the idea), it would be much easier (perhaps extremely easy) to get back to where you were because of your abilities.

Skills are the only assets you get and no one can ever take them away from you.

You can lose the money. So are fortunes.

You can lose connections.

Business can be lost.

Everything you’ve built can be lost.

And all of that could be recovered (to some extent), thanks to your skills. Well, that is unless you get a brain transplant, have a serious accident, or have something that affects your brain. But otherwise, the skills remain.

But what are these skills I’m talking about?

I assume you know what I mean, but for clarity, I’ll be much more specific.

As humans, we have 2 types of skills: technical and soft.

Technical skills:

– you know how to change a light bulb

– you know how to fix something

– you know how to edit an image

– you know how to create a strategy

– you know how to make a website

– you know how to write a song

– you know how to compose a letter

– you get the idea

Soft skills:

– you know how to make yourself understood

– you know how to lead a team

– you know how to convey a message and an emotion to an audience

– you know how to communicate effectively

– you know how to organize your time

– you know how to plan

– you know how to solve problems

– you know how to win a negotiation

– you got the idea here too

At the beginning of life we are born with this extraordinary power that puts us in a position of gods (metaphorically speaking) in relation to all life on Earth, namely: consciousness.

We have the power to think for ourselves. We have the power and the ability to learn, to adapt, to develop.

And a large part of this ability is transposed into abilities (skills) that we use every day to get things we want.

We are not born learned.

“Man learns while he lives”

Learning never ends.

We learn by the examples of others and by our own examples.

We learn through classical or modern methods.

We learn by introspection, by listening, by reading, by watching, or by doing.

And over time, we develop skills that support us in what we do to achieve an outcome we want or need.

And just like that, we end up acquiring skills.

But sometimes it’s hard to acquire some skills.

As Steve Jobs said in one of his speeches in front of recent college graduates: when you’re young you have the impression that nothing is connected. Nothing makes sense. You do different things. You learn different things. You experience different things. And it’s like everything is blurry and meaningless. But it’s only when you get to a certain level that you really get to understand the meaning of it all. Only when you reach a certain level are you able to connect every dot…every moment in life and “map” a route to where you are (where you wanted to be).

And that’s wonderful. Because that builds the story of our lives for all of us. All the difficulties, the craziness, the feats that we experience in life… the good and the bad… you get to a point where you can reveal it to others further. And how wonderful your story will be when you tell everyone “look where we got to, but look where we left!”.

And as I said some skills are hard to acquire, I don’t mean it’s impossible. I mean, maybe some of them we’re not even aware exist. You can’t learn something you don’t know exists.

As Elon Musk used to say, it’s not the answer that matters, but the question you ask. Because the better you ask the question, the more you’ll get a tailored answer, or at least you’ll know what to do to get it.

If someone out there in our past hadn’t asked certain questions about evolution or the possibilities, we’d probably still be living in the dark, without electricity, without the internet, without the resources we now have so easily.

Well, some skills, even more difficult ones, can be easily acquired through transfer.

In the everyday world, everything happens transactionally.

There is a transfer of information from the experienced to the less experienced.

Or from those who know, to those who want to know.

The main problem in accumulating these skills is not necessarily the difficulty of the skill itself (ex: knowing how to set up a digital marketing funnel), but the time and access to specific information that helps you acquire the skill that helps you create that funnel faster, that post, that action that will get you a result you want sooner or later.

So, how could you get a skill (even a difficult one) faster, in a short time, without putting too much effort into getting it?

The answer is simple: through a transaction.

Find the experienced person willing to give you their experience and knowledge to get the skill you’re looking for or need. And then make a trade. An exchange. Ask for that help, but give something in return to be fair.

In this case, there are many people who have something to offer, who have dedicated their time and energy to come up with special methods or frameworks through which you in turn can acquire a skill you need.

And all you have to do is use the medium of exchange of our age (money) to gain access to the knowledge through which you learn the skill.

It’s simple.

This barter has been around for a long time.

It is not invented today and will not be completed tomorrow.

Use money to gain the ability to make things happen the way you want them to. And then you’ll see that once you apply these skills, you’ll get your money back, and you’ll be left with the skill and the knowledge.

It’s a good exchange, more than decent.

You gain time. You gain knowledge. You gain a new ability. You earn money.

You only have to win.

Therefore, if you consider that I would be a good example from whom you can acquire the skills you need, I invite you to choose from the resources I make available to you: https://portal.andreiisip.com/magazin/

And if somehow you still don’t see the meaning or think it’s insufficient, wait until my next LIVE training where I’ll show you how I made 100,000 lei in 3 months, through my own online marketing system.

In this training I will present my methods and come up with a proposal at the end that you can consider in your journey.

That’s about it.

Stay strong!
